Private yoga ensures that you are practicing yoga that is safe and effective for you. Students who work one-on-one with a skilled yoga teacher will be more invested in their practice.
Our semi-private yoga session is custom designed for small groups of 2-3 people. Great for couples, family, special occasions, friends, beginners and advancing students, and anyone looking to practice with a skilled yoga instructor in a small group setting.
Types of yoga can include: therapeutics, fundamentals of yoga, adaptive yoga for injuries and conditions, alignment based, advanced practice, meditation, and/or yogic philosophy.
