General Manager, Teacher & Holistic Wellness Coach
Morgan’s path to yoga began as a spiritual search and evolved to include a physical asana practice. Recognizing the positive impacts that a committed practice had in her life, Morgan made the decision to shift consciousness and career paths to a more holistic lifestyle. Drawing from a background in behavioral therapy, education, yoga, and most recently holistic health coaching, she seeks to promote the joy of self-acceptance, and laughter as medicine.
Morgan holds a B.S. in Psychology, Masters in Education, as well as a Holistic Health and Wellness coaching certification from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
Morgan’s intention is to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where students feel comfortable exploring dynamic movement, meditation and emphasis on breath work.
Favorite Style of Yoga
My favorite yoga is power or a strong, true flow yoga. I also love Kundalini yoga and Restorative as a balance to the power classes.
Oh so much...Nature and the cycles of nature, specifically flowers and trees. Dancers, art, poetry, children, animals and the amazing teachers in my life.
