Mana left her creative director/consultant position in the fashion industry that she had been at for almost 2 decades in 2016. She decided to travel to get closer to her true nature. During this time, she began taking yoga classes while traveling in Southeast Asia. After she got back home to Tokyo, she began practicing seriously. She finally decided to move to Chiang Mai, Thailand to change her lifestyle and to go back to her sprit.
Mana has found healing, compassion, and a peaceful mind through the Ashtanga Yoga practice and Mindfulness meditation. She wants to share this amazing transformation she experienced with others.
Since then, Mana has been extensively studying, practicing, teaching, and traveling throughout the world including - Thailand, Laos, Japan and Washington DC, USA. She has been grounded in her daily practice of Ashtanga and Mindfulness meditation.
Yoga and meditation simply brings her joy and peace.
