This is one of the oldest healing methods in the world. It is a form of therapeutic body work that incorporates acupressure, rhythmic motion, stretching, and joint mobilization to detoxify the body and release stagnation of the chi, or energy flow. This practice can be particularly helpful in alleviating certain aliments such as sore muscles, inflammation, headaches, digestive issues, stress and anxiety, stress and and previous soft tissue injuries. Private sessions take place on a mat on the floor and are clothes-on. Please wear comfortable clothing (like yoga clothes!) and be prepared for complete body relaxation!
