The Alexander Technique (AT) is a somatic educational method that unlocks your potential to find freedom in action and work outside of habitual pattern. We are all subject to unconscious habits of tension which bring about stress and limitation in the use of our bodies, preventing ease in living. Most commonly taught in private sessions, the Alexander teacher will guide you through hands-on experiences into freer ways to express and explore movement in the body. AT brings about change through the practice of mind-body unity, making it the perfect way for a yogi to deepen practice in both asana and daily living. In Alexander Technique lessons, you will learn:
To release from unwanted patterns of tension in the body and move towards greater balance.

+ Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle yet profound non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system. Energy therapy is based on the concept of connection between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states. Each session incorporates a variety of holistic healing methods. Clients will begin each session with talk therapy which is usually followed by energy work that will help clear blocks that accumulate in the body hindering the natural flow of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy. At the end of each session clients will reflect on their experience and create goals that will focus on promoting personal empowerment, self-healing and spiritual growth.

For individuals who want to create holistic changes (meaning mind, body and spirit). During each session clients will practice self-exploration, become more aware of how they are actively working to change their lives, and create obtainable goals to live the life they have always dreamed of. The coaching emphasis is on helping guide clients to find their own inner wisdom and learn to connect to their intuitive self.

A technique pioneered by psychiatrist Brian Weiss, M.D. that uses hypnosis to recover memories of past lives. Through discovering and experiencing your past lives you are able to release phobias, fears, grief, pain, and psychosomatic illnesses. Clients are able to get rid of both emotional and physical symptoms as well.

This postnatal yoga practice focuses on the recovery of your body after birth. This is an ancient life force energy healing modality, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel that supplies healing energies where they are most needed. Reiki’s ki-energies flow out of the practitioner’s body through the palms of the hands while they are touching the recipient’s body.
+ Thai Yoga Therapy
This is one of the oldest healing methods in the world. It is a form of therapeutic body work that incorporates acupressure, rhythmic motion, stretching, and joint mobilization to detoxify the body and release stagnation of the chi, or energy flow. This practice can be particularly helpful in alleviating certain ailments such as sore muscles, inflammation, headaches, digestive issues, stress and anxiety, stress and previous soft tissue injuries. Private sessions take place on a mat on the floor and are clothes-on. Please wear comfortable clothing (like yoga clothes!) and be prepared for complete body relaxation!
Massage Therapy has been used for thousands of years to manage pain and stress in the human body, encouraging deep nervous system relaxation and releasing muscle tension created by habitual movement patterns. Combining over a decade of experience in the bodywork and Yoga fields each session will be tailored for where you are that day. Techniques employed range from gentle circulatory massage to deep and specific injury treatment.
+Therapeutic Prenatal Massage
This service combines techniques specific to an expectant mother's particular aches and pains with supportive side lying positioning. Treatment will be focused on areas specified by you and combined with relaxing Swedish massage to calm the central nervous system.
