Build strength while increasing range of motion. This is a unique practice that incorporates traditional asana with functional range conditioning and natural human movement in a way that will build heat, strength and mobility. This class flows, but not like a typical vinyasa. Expect to slow things down, diversify your movement, experience fluidity, and love up your joints. Expect to work towards your personal best. Also, expect some time to go inward - a la final relaxation.
