Tap into your power and build strength as we move through an active yoga flow integrated with Pilates mat exercises designed to strengthen your core (the "powerhouse"), expand your breath capacity, protect your lower back, and lower cortisol levels. This playful, moderately paced yoga flow is suitable for all levels-no previous yoga instruction or pilates instruction needed! All are welcome, but some movement maybe contraindicted for those who are pregnant or who have significant mobility issues. In the original spirit of Joseph Pilates, may the class empower you to take on your day and face life‘s challenges.
