Roxanne met yoga a few years ago, which changed her deeply, bringing peace and gratitude (in addition to strength and flexibility) into her mind and body. She quickly realized that she wanted to share what she was discovering, and quit her full time job for a freelance position in order to have more time to dedicate to her practice, before building her professional path into yoga.
She received her training from the French Federation of Yoga (certified Yoga Alliance) in Paris, France, where she began to teach. She teaches a vinyasa flow, deeply inspired by her Ashtanga and Iyengar practice where breath, alignment and mindfulness take an important place. She offers many cues and different variations so everybody can feel at ease during her classes. Her French accent is strong but she is always happy to chat after class!
