During your Thai Yoga Therapy session with Michelle you will discover how breath and touch are powerful tools to heal the body. 
Considered one of the oldest healing systems in the world, Thai Yoga uses rhythmic motion, acupressure, palming and thumbing, and yogic stretching along energy lines to help detoxify the body, lengthen muscles, and increase joint flexibility, promoting an overall sense of well-being of the mind and body.

Michelle completed more than 150+ hours traditional Thai Yoga therapy training in Chiang Mai, Thailand and an advanced certification in Herbal Compress Massage, a therapeutic practice that uses herbs such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass to help reduce pain and inflammation, relieve stress and fatigue, stimulate the internal organs, and improve circulation blood circulation. 

Fascinated by the power behind the energy lines, she is also trained in Yin Yoga, an asana practice focused on stimulating the energy lines through passive stretching of the fascia and connective tissue of the body and is also a student of Ayurveda, tailoring massages according to clients’ Ayurvedic Doshas (the body’s natural constitution).  Michelle is dedicated to working closely with clients to understand their wellness goals and help remove toxins out of the body and increase their vitality.
