Yoga Therapy seeks to change attitudes and actions that inhibit the natural healing process. The ideal is to develop the mind so that it can lead us on a path to improve the quality of life. ” -Gary Kraftsow, American Viniyoga Institute

During a session, we will conduct an evaluation and assessment of your breathing and test to see if you have any musculoskeletal imbalances contributing to any pain or discomfort you may be having. Together, we will create a plan of care that is personalized to you, helping to create more balance, ease and comfort in your life. The primary tools we will use to create more balance may include Postures, Meditation, Breathing, Visualizations and Affirmations.

Reiki is an ancient life force energy healing modality, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel that supplies healing energies where they are most needed. Reiki’s ki-energies flow out of the practitioner’s body through the palms of the hands while they are touching the recipient’s body.
