Chantae’ Polite


Chantae’ has worked with children and teens for over five years through different mentorship, outreach, and art therapy programs.She uses compassion and playfulness to help others build awareness and self-confidence. Chantae’ has studied Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Dharma Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and breathing and meditation techniques. Just breathe and let your light shine!
Chantae’ completed her training at Yoga District’s Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 hour). Her training was and intensive training in the Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Chantae’s teaching style is a practice of mindfulness. She encourages students to use all of their senses to ground themselves in the present.
Chantae’ has taught students of all levels and can provide modifications to allow all students to get the most out of their practice. In Chantae’s class you can expect the temperature to be 76-80 degrees to help warm the body and loosen up the muscles. There will also be pleasant tunes playing that flow along with the practice. Chantae’ loves connecting with people and building a yoga community, so come as you are and let your inner light shine.

Thoughts from Chantae’

Chantae’ is originally from Tampa, Florida, the lightning capital, and is an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys ball games, hiking, paddle boarding, tinkering with her ukulele, and movies. Chantae’ has a five year old Rat Terrier companion that fills her days with cuddles and laughs.
